Rosas danst Rosas, directed by Thierry De Mey, is an adaptation of Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker’s most famous show. The film version is much shorter than the performance itself, and features all the dancers who have contributed to the show over the years. Rosas danst Rosas was filmed in the former technical school of architect Henry van de Velde, in Leuven, Belgium. The extraordinary interior of the building enhances De Keersmaeker’s choreography, organised around a minimalist phrase.
